The economic downturn has globally shaken the strongest economies of the world with Pakistan being no exception added with the crisis of power, gas and water which further has increased the cost of doing business thus, making all business entrepreneurs non-competitive in the local market as well as in the world market.

In the above prevailing scenario, EFP has thought it deem fit to re-organize its legal cell to enhance its capacity and capability to assist its members to face the challenges in the field of Industrial Relations, implementation of Labour Laws and all its related affairs.

The EFP Legal Cell now consists of a panel of renowned advocates and professionals in the said field added with a help line and e-mail round the clock to furnish any legal advise instantly to its members followed by a written response in case a written request is received.

LEGAL CELL

Legal opinion on any issue relating to any Act/ Ordinance of LabourLegislation pertaining to workers, drafting of Show Cause notice/Charge-sheet, Letter of Termination, resorting to Lay-off, Retrenchment, vetting of Collective Bargaining Agreements etc.

MEMBERSHIP FOR LEGAL SERVICES

Membership fee for the legal cell is as follows for the EFP members:-

As we are the only representative body of Employers’ of Pakistan, hence it has become more imperative to join hands to-gather to face the challenges of to-day. Hence, we extend our services to all those Employers as well who are not the members of EFP @ Rs.4,000/- per non-member organization to become member of EFP Legal Cell.

Needless to mention that the prevailing market rates for retainer-ship fee ranges from Rs.15,000/- to 20,000/- per month.
