Management
Twenty members of the Managing Committee elected biennially manage the affairs of the Federation. The present Managing Committee took office of the Federation on 1st January, 2011.
THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
The Office of the President from its incorporation was held by the under mentioned leading employers:

The Managing Committee which is a policy making body, is assisted by the specialized sub-committees. The functions of these sub-committees are to guide the Managing Committee on various matters, which are pertinent to the interest of employers and the working of the Federation etc. Each Sub-Committee is chaired by a specialist on the subject who conducts meetings regularly and advises the Managing Committee accordingly.
SECRETARIAT
It is the nucleus of the Federation and is situated in Karachi. The Secretariat is headed by a Secretary General, The Chief Executive of the Secretariat, who performs multifold functions, heads secretariat. On one hand he communicates between sub-committees and the Managing Committee and on the other hand he implements the decisions taken by the Managing Committee.
